At Valueline, we stand behind the quality of our products—offering peace of mind to both end customers and trusted dealers. Every cabinet we manufacture is designed with care and built for long-term performance. To reinforce this commitment, we offer a 5-year limited warranty that protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Coverage
Coverage Period:
This warranty is valid for five (5) years from the original date of purchase and applies exclusively to the original purchaser—whether a homeowner or dealer.
Products Covered:
All cabinet products, including those with painted and thermofoil doors, are included in this warranty.
What We’ll Do:
If a manufacturing defect is discovered during the coverage period, Valueline will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part(s).
What’s Not Covered
Damage from Misuse or Accidents:
Any damages from abuse, burns, stains, mishandling, or negligence.
Improper Installation or Maintenance:
Problems caused by poor installation practices or lack of proper care.
Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations:
Modifications or repairs not performed by Valueline or an authorized representative.
Excessive Heat Exposure:
Damage resulting from heat above 85°C (185°F) or installation near heating systems without proper insulation.
Improper Usage or Storage:
Includes outdoor use or storage in conditions not suited for cabinetry.
Normal Wear and Tear:
Expected aging or use-related wear over time.
Labor, Transportation & Installation Costs:
This warranty does not cover any costs related to labor, shipping, or on-site work.
Incidental or Consequential Damages:
Including loss of use or other indirect costs associated with a defect.
Warranty Claims
To initiate a claim, the original purchaser must contact our team at info@valuelinecabinets.ca along with proof of purchase and photos or documentation of the defect.
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.
It replaces all other express or implied warranties.
Valueline is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
